How to Void a transaction with my Dejavoo Z8/ Z11 terminal. (Card Present)

Z8 - Non Touch Screen

1) Press the Yellow backspace key to change the transaction type to VOID. Input the Void Amount and press OK.

2) If the amount shown is correct press the F2 Key to confirm, if it is not correct, press the F4 Key and re-enter the amount.

3) Tap (contactless only), Insert, Swipe or Manually Enter Card Number

The terminal flashes the host response and prints Void receipt.

Z11 - Touch Screen

1) Use your fingertip to Tap the word "Sale", the word "Void" should then be shown instead of Sale.  Input the Void Amount and press OK.

2) If the amount shown is correct use your fingertip to tap OK to confirm, if it is not correct, use your fingertip to tap CANCEL and re-enter the amount.

3) Tap (contactless only), insert, Swipe or Manually Enter Card Number

The terminal flashes the host response and prints Void receipt.
